This will bring up a list of all the changes that have been made to your notebook, including any sections that have been deleted. Just click on the “File” menu and select “History.” If you accidentally delete a section of your notebook, don’t worry – it’s easy to recover. This can be used to take someone off a team if they’re moving to another team.

They’ll no longer have access to view or edit the section. This will remove the section from the other person’s notebook. If you want to stop sharing a OneNote section, simply right-click on the name of the section and select “Stop Sharing.” They’ll be able to view and edit the section just like you can. The person you’ve shared the section with will then get an email notification letting them know that they have access to the section. Once you’ve entered their email address, just click “Send.” This will open a new window where you can enter the email address of the person you want to share the section with.
